CHALLENGE:

Create an easy-to-use blood pressure tracker to help patients take control of their health.

SOLUTIONS:

We created a tool that allows patients to easily track and monitor BP information to take control of their health. In addition to easily edited systolic and diastolic measurements, we allowed patients to measure overall heart rate, medication compliance, and notes about stress or other factors. Information is then mapped across an easy-to-read chart, viewable by week, month, or all data in order to show users the trends in their heart health.

The application was optimized for use on both desktop and mobile devices.
