CHALLENGE:
ED doesn't just affect men -- it affects their partners, as well. Cialis sought to develop site content that would help users talk with their partners about ED and bring open dialogue back into those relationships.

Personas, user flows, wireframes, technical specs.
SOLUTIONS:
We created a new section of Cialis.com to help both patients and their partners find the tools to reconnect, providing them with key information about ED, fostering dialogue, and rekindling romance. By developing user behavior flows, we were able to identify key moments of information-seeking by patients and their partners, then develop targeted site content to connect them to ED resources, and to each other.
