Consumer & HCP Site Redesigns

CHALLENGE:

Restructure and redesign Orencia's digital properties -- landing pages, consumer and healthcare professional websites -- to help users more immediately find out if Orencia is right for them.

PROCESSES:

User research, user testing, site flows, wireframes, technical specs, and iterative design. 

SOLUTIONS:

We restructured the website to introduce one-click segmentation, first by patient type and then by a user's phase in treatment. Once identified, we were able to use this information to serve up recommendations for relevant information, such as safety and side effects, physician questions, and financial assistance.

A-B user testing helped us refine the site structure and design, streamlining user progress through the site.

We also restructured the HCP website to offer clearer access to critical physician information about Orencia, including clinical data, billing tools, and patient education resources.
